求教关于Non-Compliance泳池的维修问题

请教坛子里的各位童鞋，有没有人处理过关于Rectify Non-Compliance 游泳池的情况。小弟人在悉尼山区，要去哪里找修整 non-compliance 游泳池的师傅？我在seeking service 上post了这个工作，居然没有任何response。

附上non-comliance report，请有经验的大侠指点一下小弟，该如何处理？

In order for a certificate of compliance to be issued the following items need to be rectified:

1. Increase the height of the intersecting timber pool barrier to be at least 1.8m high and be no lower than the boundary barrier to comply with Clause 2.2.5 of AS 1926.1-2012.

2. Increase the height of the boundary fence to be 1.8m high when measured to the concrete as this is located within 500mm of the barrier Clause 2.3.1 of AS 1926.1-2012 requires the height to be measures to this point.

3. Create a clear 900mm NCZ 5 from the boundary fence to the roof located over the pool filter to comply with Clause 2.2.4 of AS 1926 1-2012

4. Install 60 degree caps to the timber gate hinges to comply with Clause 2.4.3 of AS 1926 1-2012 as they are located within 900mm of one another in NCZ 1 and 2.

5 Replace latch to timber gate to comply with Clause 2.4.2.1 and 2.4.2.2 of AS 1926.1-2012.Please note this is required to be located at least 150mm below the top of the barrier.

6. Remove the shrub and increase the height of the timber pool barrier (parallel with the side boundary) to be 1.2m high when measured from the concrete slab and to provide a barrier in front of the heat pump to comply with Clause 2.2.2 of AS 1926.1-2012.

7. Cover the gaps in the pool barrier at the pool filter box to comply with Clause 2.2.2 (a) of AS 1926.1-2012 as they provide foot/handhold within NCZ 1.

8. Reduce the gaps under the glass pool fence to be less than 1 OOmm to comply with Clause 2.3.7 of AS 1926.1-2012.

9. Increase the height of the first glass pool fence at the grass to be 1.2m high when measured from the timber deck concrete as this is located within 500mm of the barrier Clause 2 3 1 of AS 1926.1-2012 requires the height to be measures to this point.

10. Cut the boundary fence posts to be at an angle no less than 60 degrees to have a 900mm NCZ 5 to comply with Clause 2.2.4 of AS 1926.1-2012.

11 . Install vertical fence palings from the top of the boundary fence to the mid rail to create a 900mm NCZ 5 to comply with Clause 2 2.4 of AS 1926.1-2012.
