Part Time Teaching Officer (Sydney)
Remuneration/Pay rate: $18/hour (negotiable base on experience)
Detail:
Our centre is a leading tutoring college with branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.. We offer tutoring services for a wide range of high school subjects, including Maths, English, ESL, Sciences, Economics, IPT, Legal Studies, etc. We are recruiting talented people who have a passion for education industry to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruiting tutors
- Training tutors
- Preparing and managing teaching materials
- Managing tests and assignments
- Identifying and analysing needs for tutors
- Teaching quality management and control
- Assisting head of teaching department with tutor performance management
- Administrative tasks of teaching department
Essential:
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office softwares
-Ability to speak Chinese
-Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills
-Ability to maintain integrity of confidential information
-Ability to work to deadlines.
-Must have completed the HSC.
-Must be able to work at least 3 days per week (for part time)
Desirable:
-Experience in similar positions
-Currently undertaking or have completed an Education Degree.
