各位晚上好!
我们出了offer的9年老的townhouse,做Building inspection时Report给了下面的话,能不能请大家帮忙看看是不是大问题, 怎么修跟大约需要的花费呢? 万分感激!
(目前没有照片,会请agent找一天帮忙拍张照片传过来)
Tiles; Wall - General Advice on Item
There is a large crack in the tiled wall above the door in the ensuite associated with the
first floor master bedroom, the crack is associated with the builder not bracing the wall
correctly during construction. This is not a major structural defect.
Doors - Repair Recommended
The door associated with master bedroom ensuite doesn't shut and rubs on the timber
frame, this is a direct result of the explained defect above. |
