Bunk bed

I have two daughters, one 7 and another 5. Current arrangement is two single beds(length is approx 2m. ) in one tiny room, and we are planning to buy a bunk bed to make more room for  them.

Questions: Will the girl sleeping at the bottom have a good quality sleep as she did on the single bed? We want to know whether the noise like turning around from the top bed have impact on the girl below during the night?
