从来没有如此早的计划一年最期待的长假出行,2016年的5月底,在jetstar的百年庆祝活动中我很幸运地预定了tas的8天return free往返机票,转而期待满满地向往预定了房车之旅。Apollo,这个如今让我作呕的公司,居然给了我们一辆manual的车,一个措手不及,从来没有开过manual的车,我们想转而租一辆小车继续旅行,忘掉不快,然而因为现在是tas的旅游旺季,根本租不到车,我们只能选择连夜返回悉尼。这家公司居然回复我们: Unfortunately we are not able to book vehicles by transmission type which is something that is covered in your rental terms and conditions.
We will always do our best to make sure customers receive the vehicle that suits them best but this is not something that is always possible I’m afraid, for the record I can’t see any reference to you requesting an automatic transmission when you made your booking so we weren’t even aware of your preference until you arrived? I completely understand your disappointments and as a gesture of goodwill we will not be asking you to pay the outstanding cancelation fee which because you cancelled on the day of pick-up should have been 100% and instead we will agree to hold just the $250.00 deposit you paid to secure your booking。在他们的网页上booking的时候,根本没有transmission type的选项,也没有地方提示,或者可以reference。请广大足迹友人特别注意,希望大家能支招如何维权,也希望给以后预定的同学提个醒。由于郁积几天,语无伦次,请大家谅解。 |
