Marketing Assistant Needed

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Marketing assistant/coordinator to join this leading company in Asian food products, located in Sydney West. This position will report to Brand Manager, and be responsible for providing day-to-day marketing support to the Sales & Marketing team on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support the Sales and Marketing team on a daily basis.

Assist in production of advertising, marketing brochures or other promotional materials.

Coordinate marketing/ promotional events eg. Food shows, festival, media announcements, product demonstrations etc.

Reporting of company's sales performance through the use of appropriate marketing reports.

Database development and maintenance.

Skills Required

Degree/Tertiary qualification in Marketing

1-2 years marketing experience is preferred but not required as this is an entry level role

Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese

Strong PC skills and experience with MS Office applications

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent telephone manner

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Self-motivation, proactive and "can do" attitude

You must have a long term visa or can get the visa by yourself in order to be considered for this position. No work holiday visa. No sponsorship will be provided.
