About the role:-
The role is a full time maternity relief position (approx. 12 months) and is located at our Head Office in Homebush reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Working to support the business, the role will consist of various responsibilities, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings and corporate functions,
meeting and greeting all visitors, screening all correspondence, answering incoming calls and emails, booking travel and accommodation, diary management, reconciliation of expense accounts.
To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will need:-
• Previous experience (3-4 years) in a similar role; and/or experience within an FMCG or agriculture/horticulture environment
• Excellent customer service attributes
• High level communication skills – both verbal and written
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Multitasking abilities
• Advanced level computer skills
• Experience in Promaster Expense Reconciliation software, would be highly regarded
• A pro-active, passionate individual who is a Team Player
