KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

Completion of a Diploma-level qualification or above
Minimum 2 years' experience within Education/ Migration Services for or similar environment (E.g. Universities/ TAFEs or reputable Private RTOs).
General Knowledge of Australian Immigration Visa Regulations and Conditions
Reliable, Honest, Ethical and a Team Player
Must be permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
Desirable

QEAC Certificate
Knowledge of Education Entry Requirement and Knowledge of English Test etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Proven sales achievements and good level of problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs.
A motivated and confident personality to drive and maximise sales.
Identifying, prospecting, developing and closing key clients for all phases of the recruitment process.
Locating or proposing potential business market for International Students by contacting potential partners; groups; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Desirable

Demonstrated experience in using the CRM package.
