父母移民如果子女不是pr/citizn，child in law 是pr可以申请么

翻了全网也没找到相关的说明，我知道child‘’s partner可以做担保人，但是如果申请人子女是tr，可以由有pr的配偶来申请可以么？

Sponser不是一定要子女，社会团体也是可以的，所以这部分还比较好办，我是不知道申请人子女不是pr可不可以由女婿/儿媳来申请

呵呵 我确定sponsor不需要是子女

先不纠结sponsor的问题，这不是这个帖子要解决的问题，我想问的是child in law可不可以申请父母移民

去问移民中介或者移民局不更靠谱？感觉是不行的。
