• You must have a passion for, and comprehensive knowledge of, computers and mobile devices with the ability and eagerness to learn new technology quickly
• This is a customer facing role. You will be required to assist customers with tech-related issues such as phone and internet issues. You will be an effective communicator, always communicating in a clear and courteous manner.
• You will have expert problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
• You must be punctual, well-groomed and well spoken, ready to represent a highly respected our business.
• Enrolled candidates will be provided 17 weeks full time trainning.
• You must be able to drive.
Required licences or certifications:
• Drivers License
• Cabling Licence – Open
• Construction Industry OHS Card
• National Police Check
Required education:
• High school or equivalent
Required experience:
• No
• Previous experience is a similar role is desirable.
