Aweful card security - avoid

Over the last two months there were 15 suspicious transactions (that I identified) on my card on which google screams scam and fraud straight away. But according to their customer service I have to report them and wait for 60 days to possibly get MY money back. Use banks that have proper online security, prevent fraud and care about their customer.

Pin never worked, billed for services I did not use.

I applied for my card almost a year ago as I was moving overseas and wanted something as a back up since I wouldn't be able to apply for a credit card one I got to the UK. I set my pin as soon as I received my card, and it has not worked once. I called the support line several times to fix the problem and reset the pin (which is a pain in the ass when you're on UK time) and it still never worked. Which meant I could only make purchases of 30GBP or less as that is their 'tap to pay' limit over here. It also denied me several purchases, mainly at |
