寻找悉尼CA mentor.

我工作在lidcombe, 是commercial industry. 以后也会搬家到那个地方附近, 职位是accounts officer. 对会计充满了热情，很希望能够成为CA。可是公司里面都是CPA (我在找到这个工作前已经报名学CA，并且已经交钱学一门），各位CA好心的学长学姐们，帮帮忙吧。

我之前是必须有个CA Mentor, 然后你的工作是CA 认可的，映像中 AP AR 是不可以的，不知道现在标准是什么

In summary, you can find an external mentor or internal CA mentor within your firm (i.e. qualified CA employee who works within your firm).

Having said that, you shoud be working in a relevant role in the industry. The relevant roles included the following

Financial accounting
Auditing
General practice
Management accounting
Taxation
Financial management
Insolvency
Treasury
Information systems consultancy
Comparable sub-divisions of accounting.


It is important to note that accounts receivable / payable roles are not considered relevant accounting roles.

谢谢你的信息~~我是挺纠结那个“ Approved or Recognised Training Employer”， 具体指的是什么啊？

Approved Training Employers

An Approved Training Employer is an organisation that offers the type of work experience and training that fulfils the Practical Experience requirements for Chartered Accountants. These are set out in section 5 of the Employment Details Form. ATEs are asked to reconfirm annually that they continue to meet the requirements.

Organisations that were employing candidates at 1 November 2012 automatically became ATEs. If an organisation is not already an ATE, it can become one by completing and agreeing to the requirements set out in section 5 of the Employment Details Form.
