Your Opportunity
Within the position you will be responsible for the reconciliation of all Agency bank accounts, together with reconciliation item control, system implementation/improvement and procedure documentation.
Your Key Tasks
• Reconcile agency bank accounts with reconciliation team
• Clearing and follow up of reconciliation items,
• Monitor and reporting of suspense items and unallocated cash for all client accounts,
• Validation and preparation of client account statements,
• Validation of all cash withdrawals requested by clients/employer and employee,
• Recommend and implement improvements on current reconciliation system,
• Assist with documentation of findings and procedures,
• Payment, validation and reconciliation of FBT and Luxury levy payments,
• Monthly reconciliation of Fuel charges.
Key Requirements
• Experienced Financial Accountant, ACA/CPA or part - CPA,
• Proven customer service and communication skills,
• Advanced Excel
