申请600签证 eloge出现一个问题，求助！

我是PR，马上去澳洲，想在国内先帮自己父母办600签证，结果elodge时出现上面的error，elodge无法进行下去！
请问各路高手，上面的error是什么意思？有什么填写错误吗，还是我必须到澳洲后才能申请父母的签证？

中国护照持有人不能网上申请600，请填写申请表递交申请。

直接上领事馆网站下载1419与54表格，按照要求填写快邮所属省份管辖的（大）领事馆.
