By the way, new owner will not receive the parking ticket, it's usually posted on your front windscreen. If old owner ignored the ticket. New owner doesn't know until one day a penalty reminder notice for overdue comes out. Why i am so sure, because I've experienced it. I don't know which city council you are, so simply just fill a form. But my one - city of kingston, caused me a bit trouble. I called them 3 times and finally had to write a letter with the copy of my car transfer paper to solve it out. Maybe someone doesn't consider it's a trouble. But I certainly do. |
