LD一年前在一个Book and music club申请了一个会员资格，买了几本打折书，都通过寄个人支票付了帐，几个月之后我们搬了家。

上周原房东打电话来说有很多信，过去拿了之后发现很多封信是这个CLUB的帐单，原来club寄来editor's choice之类的Catalogue，如果我们不要的话，要寄回去，否则就算每份＄３７。我问了房东，他说没见过。

现在欠了＄１００多，每次club来bill，都会加＄５.５admi fee。

请教各位，我们应该付这钱吗？

没有收到Catalogue为什么要付钱呢？

I called the customers service center told them we did not get any posted catalogue from them, and wont pay a cent for the thing we never got

surprisingly, the guy did not argue and just took off the catalogue from our account as well as the admi fees.

anyway, a good ending
