As a key role in our team, you will engage with customers walk in, browsing online and over the phone. In a word, providing best tailored solutions to customers is what we are working for!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with company's systems and daily operations
- Follow up every enquiries from our customers face-to-face, through email/online and over the phone to deliver satisfactory sales outcomes
- Process sales in our system which involves: product consulting, confirm order details with customers, arrange payment, confirm order details with factory, place order and arrange delivery/pick up
- Ongoing customer relationship maintenance. Be client-oriented and provide satisfactory after-sale services. Discover new needs and add value to existing customers.
Skill and Experiences:
- Demonstrate local experience in Sales industry.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and most importantly hunger to learn.
- Present determination to success
- Strong ability to interact with customers online and offline (face-to-face)
- Strong oral (including persuasive skills) and written communication skills are required to build on-going relationships with customers
- Proficiency in softwares including Microsoft office Suite, Skype, Google drive etc.
- Present sense of home decoration and colour matching
Working hours:
- We are seeking for a long-term employment relationship.
- Full-time working 5 days a week. Candidates who are able to work on weekends are preferred.
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia
