新手~143付费父母移民问题请教，急！

现在准备给父母递交申请，不知道父母两人谁做主谁做副会比较好？还是谁都无所谓？就是担心到时候体检主申出问题，副申也会被连累吗？


还有现在143还是只能在境外申请吗？他们申请了旅游签证订了机票8月20号过来，现在申请143来得及吗？是不是等移民局扣钱了就可以了？还是要等确认信？确认信是扣钱了就发吗？他们的旅游签上没有8503的限制条款，是不是就没有关系了？？急死了~求指教！！

是吗？？刚刚去仔细看了移民局官网：
All applications for a Contributory Parent visa (subclass 143) are currently processed in Australia. You can be in or outside of Australia at the time of lodging your application.
If you are in Australia, you can apply only if your temporary visa allows you to apply for another visa while you are in Australia.

这样的话，我父母的旅游签证是没有8503 no further stay 的限制条款，应该就是可以在境内递申了？

后边还说，You can be in Australia (but do not have to be) when the visa is decided if you are one of the following:
the holder of a Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173)
the holder of a Tourist visa (subclass 676) or Visitor visa(subclass 600) granted through ministerial intervention
a member of the family unit of a Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173) holder.
In all other cases, you must be outside Australia when the visa is decided.

when the visa is decided指的是什么时候呢？是分到CO开始吗？

1.无所谓谁做主副申请。体检，只要一个不过，主副都会被卡。
2.一般来说移民局应该是按照他们收到申请的日子为准。因为扣钱和收到确认信最起码要2周之后。当年我是2周之后收到邮件确认信的，不知道现在要多久。排队的日期也是他们收到申请的日子。但是以前看到过有人被退回来的。所以保险起见，还是扣了钱比较好。

如果你确定你父母他们的签证上面没有8503，那么他们在澳洲的期间，你也可以递交申请。必须要两个人都没有。最终下签的时候，CO会叫你父母离境。只要一出澳洲海关，马上你就可以要求CO下签。

是啊，不知道是否现在旅游签证都放松了好多还是怎么着，我爸妈的旅游签证的condition就两个：no work 和maximum 3个月的study。。这是他们第一次的旅游签，也不知道其他人的是什么样的

你爸妈一次能最多呆多久？我爸以前来3个月，都没有8503，但是我妈来6个月以上就有。当年，就因为我妈有这个条款，只能改飞机票提早回去。

旅游签证上若没有8503，是可以境内递交父母移民103/143的申请的，但不会给你BVA的。

三个月无限次数的，可能这样就没有8503吗？

BVA？bridging Visa吗？我们不需要啊，三个月后就回去了，没有关系
