This is an exciting period to join us as we are entering a period of rapid growth taking our innovative products to Australia & New Zealand market. We are a young, market leading and innovative organisation. There are very few limits on what you can achieve or where you can take your role.
Responsibilities
Manage sales, marketing and after sales services to ANZ region customers.
Assessing customers' needs, analysing customers' sales data and provide expert advice to fulfil their needs and strengthen their position within this competitive market.
Building and maintaining sound relationship with new and existing customers.
Assessing customers' marketing strategies and provide advice to ensure their objectives are in line with HQ and growth together.
Organizing and cost managing for events by coordinating with HQ product manager.
Using the strong network and excellent communication skills within HQ team to strike for best products allocation and pricing to fulfil Australia customers' needs and improve profit margin.
Product and sales training to reseller, this is to ensure they are equipped with the latest technical knowledge and strengths of our Notebook products.
Liaise with HQ Oceania support team for stock, marketing, technical and other issues in order to make the most of the advantage for Australia customers.
Answer query and solve problem raise by local customers timely and effectively.
Report and review to Australian branch director on goals, targets, performance ideas and etc.
Confident and be effective in channel management, product distribution and business negotiation.
Candidate should be
At least degree level.
Possess excellent English and Mandarin language skills
Extensive knowledge and understanding about computer market especially notebook.
Equipped with channel sales, data analysis, forecasting, stock management, shipping regulations, problem solving, project management knowledge, skills and etc.
Candidate attended negotiation courses or similar will be an advantage.
Creative, effective and confidence in dealing with all level of parties.
Presentation skills for both small and large groups.
Advance with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Excellent AR management.
Proven record of sales achievements.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to do regular business travelling for events, meeting and customer visits.
