不知道是不是应该发在这里 如果不对麻烦管理员帮忙移一下
想在apartment里面装几架空调冬暖夏凉。今天咨询了一下strata, 说bylaw里面没有相关条款允许装空调的,然后给了下面两个选择
option 1: you can engage the service of the strata solicitor to have a draft by law drawn up the by-law. this would require approval at a general meeting, however it means that you would bare the cost for the by-law and the costs of convening a general meeting if an additional meeting be required outside scheduled annual meeting
option 2: the executive committee through the owners corporation proceeds and engages a solicitor to draft up a by law for the installation of the airconditioner. this means that owners corporation would bare the cost for this one
想问一下:
1.如果bylaw里面没有安装空调的条款,也没说不给按啊。有什么negotiate的余地么。当时买楼花的时候是说会自带三架空调的,结果交房的时候木有!然后投诉一台赔了1000,让自己之后装,现在要装了strata又来这个幺蛾子。。
2.strata给的两个option里面一个是general meeting的cost 第二个是solicitor的cost,这个有人做过类似的要改bylaw的事情么,大概多少cost我心里有个数,不然就被strata大忽悠了
