studio的中央空调坏了，中介不知道从哪找来的空调公司Barnes Air Conditioning Pty Ltd，一开始的估价是这样的：
Following our recent service visit we have found the air conditioning system is tripping the main circuit breaker, this would indicate that there is something burning out with the system possibly a burnt out compressor or wiring or something else electrical, due to the lack of access we are unable to investigate the problem whilst the system is in the ceiling, therefore the unit will have to be removed from the ceiling all the panels removed and investigate the problem.
Our price to remove and replace the air conditioning unit from the ceiling will be $1370.00 Plus GST.
We are unable to prove a cost to repair until we have removed the unit and carried out the inspection, following this we can provide a full quotation with the repairs that are needed.

Following our recent service visit we have found the air conditioning compressor is faulty and requires replacement.
Scope of works.
Remove the air conditioning unit from the ceiling and transport to our workshop.
Reclaim redundant refrigerant as per Australian Standards.
Disconnect and remove faulty compressor.
Disconnect and remove faulty start capacitor.
Supply and install new Temperzone compressor.
Supply and install new capacitor.
Pressure test system.
Evacuate system and charge with new refrigerant.
Our price to carry out the above works will be $2280.00 Plus GST
Please note as we have not been able to operate the air conditioning unit should we find any other problems with the unit an additional quotation will be forwarded.
