I am very disappointed that CPA has done this, as PDL tuition is very expensive and out of reach financially for a lot of students. I myself was relying on the CPA running their workshops this semester as there is only one topic I am struggling with that I need to understand to pass this subject. I had budgeted for the cost of attending this workshop. I do not see the point in paying exuberant amounts of money to PDL, that I cannot afford, when I just need help with one topic. CA is looking more and more like a more viable option than CPA.
That is rather disappointing they are no longer available. The powerpoints and the notes that went with them were a key resource in understanding the study book.
I agree that the PDL tuition is out of reach to many students, both young and older.
