One of Australia's leading suppliers of commercial & residential lighting products presents an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual.
This interesting role will focus on the customer needs, price negotiation, and understanding of a diverse range of products and components.
Internal Sales Consultant is responsible for the following:
•        Answering the enquiries from customers in relation to range of lighting products, including price quote and negotiation, product data, application, stock availability, or provide stock ETA, understand their needs or provide alternative within availability.
•        Provide customer written quotations within agreed price, business terms and conditions.
•        Acting for a role of supporting to external sales manager, liaise between the customers and sales team to build up strong link with customers.
•        Self initiative, customer satisfaction focusing, quality customer services oriented,
You will possess the following skills:
•        Previous experience in the lighting industry preferred.
•        Experience within sales environment with good phone manners.
•        Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
•        Extensive experience in a highly customer focused environment with a proven track record,
•        Able to use business accounting software systems, and the Microsoft suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
•        To be a highly motivated team member with excellent time management and organization skills.
The successful candidate is preferred to be local, and must be able to work full time and must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years practical experience with a focus on customers in the lighting or similar industry. The right candidate will be provided with adequate on job training once application is successful.
Salary is negotiable according to your working experiences and qualifications.
