我已經上online complaint,得到會退錢的回覆,給你參考如下:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us with regards to your Foxtel Now subscription. I do apologise for any confusion caused by this matter.
We invest heavily in our systems to ensure they deliver the service our customers rightly expect. I’m sorry that this wasn’t the case and I’ve taken steps to ensure we understand exactly what went wrong and how we can improve as a matter of priority.
Having accessed your account I can see that you signed up on the 10-day trial which commenced on the 09 June 2021 and expired on the 19 June 2021. Upon sign you receive an email which advises of your trial end date and if you continue after this date you will be charged for which ever packages you have selected.
As Foxtel Now accounts are managed solely online by the account holder it is the account holder’s responsibility to manage the account and disconnect should you no longer wish to subscribe after your trial ends.
When a disconnection order is placed you will receive email confirmation that this has been successful.
I can see you have since placed the disconnect order on your account on the same day as starting the trial. Your service should have disconnected on the 19th June 2021 however this was not the case.
I can confirm your account is disconnected. We have credited back $8.67 cents and requested a refund back into your account. Please note this may take up to 14 days to complete.
I would like to apologise on behalf of Foxtel and state this billing issue does not reflect the high customer standards for which we aim
