1 因为我不能申请妈妈的主要原因是8503,所以我并不需要说明妈妈以后要申请移民。从头到尾,移民局也没有再问。
2 原因是移民法规定,我把她的email内容copy给你看吧:
Dear xxx,
Thank you for your email.
Migration regulations state that the family unit as a whole is assessed.
This means that although MUM is not migrating they are considered part of the family unit and are assessed under the same criteria. Please be aware if MUM fails any of the requirements the main applicant DAD will also be deemed to have failed and the application will be refused.
Please refer to the below extract from the migration regulations:
Migration Regulation 1.12, in part defines member of the family unit:
Reg 1.12 Member of the family unit
1.12 (1) Subject to subregulations (2), (2A), (6) and (7), a
person is a member of the family unit of another person (in this
subregulation called the family head) if the person is:
(a) a spouse of the family head; or
(b) a dependent child of the family head or of a
spouse of the family head; or
(c) a dependent child of a dependent child of the
family head or of a spouse of the family head; or
(e) a relative of the family head or of a spouse of
the family head who:
(i) has never married or is widowed, divorced
or separated; and
(ii) is usually resident in the family head's
household; and
(iii) is dependent on the family head.
This means that a person who is a member of the family unit of the
principal applicant must meet the health requirements and provide police
clearances (character) regardless of whether they are migrating or not.
If you have any further inquiries please don't hesitate contacting me via email at this address or on the contact numbers below.
Kind regards,
