后院树枝掉落到邻居家，然后邻居扔回树枝问题

就这样别人也费力气砍了。你应该自觉的修理，或者问一下邻居是否给他们造成不便了。

邻居可以去掉他领土内的树枝但总不该扔回来，这样做不对。电话抗搜寻求帮助。尽量不要面对面处理。

过界的邻居有权处理，财产是你的，扔回给你没有问题。

Once the pruning is done, the pruned branches should be offered to the tree owner because the branches from their tree belong to them. But they are not to be thrown over the fence onto the neighbour’s property because that is trespass. The tree pruner should use their green waste bin to dispose of the branches, if the tree owner does not want them.

我觉得 arborist 做的没有错啊。从操作层面来讲，难道他还有办法和气力把将要倒下的树枝全部都移到你这边再自由落下？

楼主大概来澳洲不长时间吧？不必这么大火气哈。
树的主人负责修剪，伸到邻居家的部分，邻居可以要求你修剪，也可以他们自己修剪然后把树枝扔到你这一边。
这是维州的情况。
当然，如果邻里关系不错，我们都是自己修剪伸过来的部分然后自己处理掉，但是这只是我们和这位邻居的默契，不是必须做的也不具有代表性。

Property owners are responsible for branches that overhang a neighbour’s fence or roots that grow onto neighbouring property. If these cause damage or affect the neighbour’s enjoyment of their property, the neighbour can take the property owner to court. If branches from your neighbour’s trees hang over your side of the fence, you can cut off the overhanging branches and place them on the neighbour's side of the fence. Discuss this with your neighbour first – they may be happy to do it themselves. If this is not practical, you can ask the neighbour to get a professional to lop the branches for you.

You are entitled to take action to stop that nuisance.

You must place any cut root or branch back onto your neighbour’s property in a neat and considerate manner.

Neighbours don’t have to contribute to any cost involved in removing offending branches or roots. However, If any branch or root from a neighbouring tree does cause damage to your property you have a strong case for damages.

可以的，好心的会扔到他家Bin里，如果满了或者他认为就该你扔，就会扔到你这边，没什么不对，你拍照也没用！

这个？会rude吗？我家也是不怎么打理院子，树枝伸到邻居家很久了，人家骑在篱笆上把过去的部份砍掉了，然后扔我们院子了。见到我们说了一声，我帮你们修了一下树，树枝在你们院子。

我们觉得很OK啊？这不是正常做法吗？谁家绿桶能放下一大堆树枝呢？如果人家自己还要修理院子的话。

BTW我们和邻居关系一直还不错

我家绿桶经常是满的，邻居家的树伸过来几年，从来没修过，树叶经常落在我家院子。以前我会修我这边的，然后自己丢掉。最近我真的是想把树枝砍了，然后扔回去。我想说我也很忙，把树枝砍掉也花我时间。既然院子种树了，为什么不能自觉点。
