很容易打通的，就是对自动电脑应答喊一声“SALES”，最好带点四川方言，哈哈哈哈

132200打不通，转online, 一开始说只有25刀的才可以减10刀，我把截图发客服后，客服说最多只能减六个月，否则系统出错

请问你是如何找到online chat的，我点online只有机器回答我，转不到人工服务啊？电话也是打不通。

Telsta服务真是烂到底了，今天收到卡，没有开通，想开通，电话打不通，好不容易找到可以message，但等了2个小时还不能搞定，现在还要我等2小时，还有就是15一个月，还要花时间讨论$10credit， 什么服务吗

用 My Telstra 手机app的聊天功能，客服很干脆的就修改了账单减了10刀。

As I have checked on your account here, I can see that the online offer has a $10 discount for 12 months.

Usually this discount will complete within 1 to 2 billing cycle, so we just need to  wait 1 to 2 billing cycle for  this discount to take effect.

What you can do now is just to pay $10 less for the discount will be applied later automatic by the system. Rest assured your service will not be restricted.
Anything else I can help you  with?.

没鸟用，每次都确认credit applied，每次查账单都没有更新。
不跟他们继续废话了，让他们跟TIO聊去了。

有必要这么折腾吗？每个月买个4.95的catch connect或是Kogan的40G unlimited的卡不比这个好？还有cash back，算下来一个月只花1块钱拿40G流量，unlimited call，不比这个好？
