LZ, i think you do need to learn English, i am sorry to say that.
Your account balance means how muc ...
Firstly I appreciate your reply to my post. However, I am afraid that you have not understood my question at all. What I was complaining in the original post is that the amount I am required to repay for the previous accounting period is not specified by Netbank, and therefore needs to be manually calculated by myself.
I can give you an example: I spent $1000 in total within last accounting period, which was from May 1st until May 31th. The next day after that, I received a statement showing that the closing balance was $1000, which was the amount for me to repay at that time point. After receiving the statement, I repaid $200 on June 2nd. Then the amount I need to repay is the rest $800 only. However, this critical number is not provided on the statement or elsewhere form the Netbank. Instead, I have to calculate by myself, performing an calculation based on my own records, if I wish to make an accurate repayment.
Just as you mentioned in your post, the amount I currently owe the bank, being the full balance of my credit card, is easy to obtain, so does the amount I can further borrow, being the card limit less the former. However, I do not need to repay the full balance, because the money I borrow within the current period is to be repaid after the next statement is issued.
It is important that the customer clearly knows how much he/she needs to repay, but unfortunately this number is not provided by Netbank. That is my point. Hope my Chinglish is understandable. |
