圣诞节前陈氏琴行帮我KAWAI总部联系,说是可以换一台新的KX21, 我虽然之后又收到总部的邮件
Apologies for the late reply as I have been on leave and did not have email access.
As the original purchase was made from Austral pianos, this is where the replacement needs to come from. As you where given a complementary tuning this will still stand after the piano is delivered and settled. We cannot allow for the dealer to refund and you received the replacement from Connie.
Please visit Austral pianos at your convenience to view the replacement model, then delivery and exchange can be organised.

这里说的还是让我去店里看,选我要换的型号。和陈氏说的不太一样,我因为和陈氏在帖子里确认过,所以没有多想,心里觉得可能回信的人不具体负责所以才这样。
在圣诞节前我打电话,austral piano world 说他们接到总部通知新年以后才给我换,我就说那好我等着。于是等到1月3号给他们打电话,电话里说老板Hans不在,需要等他1月14日回店里后再打,我等到今天再打了一次,Hans本人接的,说我必须亲自到店里去查看钢琴是否满意,然后再安排运送,我就问你的意思是把你店里样品换给我?他说是的,就是我买钢琴的那天在店里看到的展示样品KX21。我就说那我稍后打电话给你。
真是无赖啊,说好换台新的,怎么变成换成店里不知道放了多少年的样品了?我还要请假去店里看,这么说还得每个细节拍照了?不然在路上给我弄坏了或者收到是坏的我再怎么办?这种地痞无赖可以又说是我自己去店里检验了的?真是气死了!
大家说我该怎么办?? |
