楼主你有行车记录仪吗?可以证明起码开到dealer那是好的,证明钥匙是可以用的,也说明车没问题. ...
我有行车记录仪--4 个,楼主怕麻烦,不喜欢和人吵架,所以车的前后左右分别装了一个。卡已经被我拿下来了,所有的视频影像都备份了。
我还有一个录音,其实我有全部的录音,但是只有一个录音是我在录音的最开始就说了:这通电话已经录音了,我还说了2遍。对方没有任何异议。 正是在这份录音里,对方说: it has got nothing to do with you。 dont worry about the fee. it is between us and Nissan. We have ordered the part from Mel. The part should arrive by tomorrow so your car will be ready by tomorrow. You can keep the loan car until your car is fixed tomorrow.

whirpool 论坛有个鬼子说的好: 他们应该在开始做事之前检测一下这个module是不是坏的。然后问customer是否继续,是否接受新的价钱。而不该弄坏了这个东西,然后推断这个module是坏的。他们推断的依据不是独立的,第三方的报告,他们推断的依据是:因为我们按照尼桑要求的步骤来做的,所以肯定是你的module坏了。他们没有事实,只有推断。而他们是否按照尼桑要求做的,只有他们自己才知道。论坛上的这个鬼子说,他有过同样的问题,dealer检测出module有问题,问他是否接受新的价格然后继续,他不接受,然后他就把他的车开走了。
Definitely unreasonable for the dealer to expect you to be the middleman with Nissan head office or any other suppliers – they should take care of that.
You would think that the dealer (of all people) would warrant the work they do. Part of that is covering accidents or random events such as bricking the control box.
It's like the home post about benchtops – if you pay a company to re-do your kitchen and they break the stone countertop – doesn't matter if they installed it 'as per directions', if it's broken, it's broken and they have to fix it. It's up to the company you paid to negotiate with their suppliers about who ultimately wears it, nothing to do with you as the consumer.
You took your car to the dealer, you expect a reasonable level of service and competence, they bricked the car, they fix it. If the 'black box' was already broken in your car, you would expect they would be competent enough to diagnose that before they bricked your existing key, and to notify you rather than proceeding.
In fact, I had a similar experience many years ago with a pajero and a western suburbs dealership. I wanted another key, they advised when I took it there that the control box wasn't interacting with their computer ?MUT tool normally, and that if they proceeded there was a risk of losing my original key. I said thanks, don't proceed, and drove away with my working car.
