Thank you for renting with Ace Car Rental Australia. Shortly after you returned the Toyota, registration CP6-2CT at the Ace Sydney location on 05-JUL-19 you were sent a notification email stating that the vehicle was initially identified as having new damage as listed below:
PASSENGER WING MIRROR CRACK
After the completion of a thorough review of the incident, vehicle history, pre-existing condition notes, photographs on file or additional information supplied, we are pleased to advise that the damage charges will not apply to your Rental Agreement.
If you have further information of a third party involved or other enquiries relating to this matter please reply to this email (aus_assessments@hertz.com).
