因为俺用否回答所有问题，答案为：
$104,000 to $129,999 is the most common income range but 92% of families earn either above or below it.
俺的理解为：
家庭年收入十万至十二万为最常见的收入范围，但92%的家庭年收入高于或低于这个幅度。
不知道俺如果选肯定回答又会是什么结果，懒得去重做一次了。
俺只是对这二句话感兴趣就继续看下去的。貌似针对澳洲公民的一个调查，PR应不包括在内，PR没有选举与被选举权。

好，在俺先生来之前秀一把。一切错误由先生兜着。
但愿，第一别把你解晕了，第二，别把俺也解晕了。
1.说明：这里的one指一家评估应试者语言能力的机构，因前文提及过，这里就用one代替了。
2.one后面的that到abilit,修饰one。
3.由with带出的一大串到句子结束，算是说明一下这个voice gecognition technology是一个什么鬼东西，及其如何运作的。
另，似是可以理解为由with和marked带出的一大串。
4.再细分的话，第二个that到questions，修饰scoring engine。
5.第三个that到句未，修饰answers,至于acceptable and unacceptable及to questions都是answers的修饰语。
理解这个句时，你可以把它破得七零八落的再拼起来，意思到了就行。

英语学习一大体会
梁实秋妙语：古人所谓“三上之功”，枕上，马上，厕上，虽不足为训，其用意是在劝人不要浪费光阴。
现在无马可骑，“马上”改为“车上”。
三上之功虽极不符合现代卫生标准，但立意可谓用心良苦，所以世界识字之人大多身体力行。唯厕上之功要小心使用，一则读到精妙之处忘记自己身在何方，累及厕外之人，二则容易造成便秘，祸及自身，慎之又慎。
枕上，厕上二功无日不在践行中。车上之功偶尔为之，君不见现在车上也是低头一族的居多。
现关键是要将三功全发在英语上，用零碎的时间，零碎的学，只问耕耘不问收获。

三上之功——这个提法很形象，也很实用。
只问耕耘不问收获——这是很多年我常常说给女儿的，呵呵，没想到对于蜗牛般学英语的我，一样适用。

有闲，在网上摸索着想弄明白点到底发生了什么事。结果如下：
（所有英文为别人原创，中文是俺原创，谬误之处在所难免，看官一笑而过。）
a direct vote in Parliament 议会直接投票
a free vote in Parliament   议会自由投票
a plebiscite（rejected by the Upper House）公投（已被上议院否决）
a postal vote（by ABS）邮政投票（由统计局负责）
为什么不直投？
We know a parliamentary vote comes free of charge, whereas it will cost something like $150 million for the people to decide in a stand-alone plebiscite, as proposed.
直投与公投费用比较：直投不费分毫，开个会搞定，而公投预计将耗公帑过亿。
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull took a plebiscite to the election — a free vote in Parliament is not on the cards.
公投是总理上台时的一张牌，一个政治家的承诺，而自投不是他的菜。
maintain such a landmark change to the definition of marriage should be put to the people, rather than being decided within the Parliament.
总理的理由：对婚姻的重新定义，一个划时代的改革，应交与民众，而不是由政治家说了算。
