同学们说的是不是下面这个每年三次免费翻倍流量的事情啊？感觉如果你没有申请而自动免费升级的话，Telstra的行为就值得进一步关注，特别是你当月billing circle结束后，看看下个月是不是继续有这样的好事？反正根据Telstra官网的规定，每年只有三次免费升级机会。不知道我看到的下面的规定，和大家热烈讨论的是不是一回事呢？ 谁能回答一下？
Telstra home broadband customers, on plans/bundles which are slowed upon reaching 100% of the monthly data allowance, are eligible to use Home Broadband Data Top-Ups on ADSL, Cable, Velocity and NBN technologies.
If you're approaching or have reached your plan's monthly data allowance, you can request a data top-up. Eligible customers have three Home Broadband Data Top-Ups available to use from 1 January to 31 December, at no additional cost. A top-up gives you another month's data allowance to use until the end of your current billing month, and returns your service to normal speeds.
Eligible customers are entitled to request up to three Home Broadband Data Top-Ups per calendar year. These are available at no additional cost.

•At a Telstra Store.
Once requested, a Home Broadband Data Top-Up typically takes up to 30 minutes to activate. This will then mean your broadband has been restored to normal speed, and you will have access to another month's full data allowance until the end of your current billing month. For example, if you're on a 100GB plan and you request a Top-Up, you will receive another 100GB to use until the end of the current billing month. i.e. a top-up expires at the end of the current billing month.
Your Home Broadband Data Top-Up will last until the end of the current billing month. At the start of the next billing month, your data allowance will revert to your normal monthly plan allowance. Each time you top-up, you will receive an email confirming the number of top-ups you have remaining for the calendar year. If you have unused top-ups remaining for the calendar year, you can request additional top-ups within the same billing month. Unused top-ups expire at the end of the calendar year.
