which suburb(s) along the south west train line would you recommend? thanks
It depends on what your preference is. Glenfield is closer to the city, but it is not very convenient for shopping. Macquarie Fields is a bit cheaper, but make sure away from from the housing commission area. Ingleburn is convenient, because it has everything and they are all within walking distance if you live close to the train station. But Ingleburn has seen a strong growth in the last two years with everything basically doubled in the last two years near the train station. Campbelltown is planning to develop Ingleburn into a business district as it is the most busiest place between Liverpool and Campbelltown. Minto is transforming as well with a lot of new housing development, shopping centre. There are not much happening at Leumeah, but the price has gone up as well, slower than Glenfield, Macquarie Fields and Ingleburn. Campbelltown is growing, a lot of new apartments are building right now near the shops. |
