这样不行，Certified copy不等于Copy of certified document。

你这样有被视为无效申请的可能。

以前曾经看到过一个人被退回来了，有个材料没有按照checklist的要求递交，2个月后就被退回来了，视作无效申请。当时总算看到了移民局是如何签收材料的，47PA表上盖了一个日期章，说明是什么时候收到这个申请的。日期章设计很好看的。

办我父亲的 出生证明， 上面要写上 我爷爷奶奶的身份证号 他们当时没有身份证啊 ， 而且要写上 他们已故 并附上 死亡证明， 他们没有死亡证明啊 在农村去世的， 这咋办啊？ 大虾支招 爷爷奶奶 上世纪50年代就去世了

那请问是因为什么被退回来的 就是因为没有寄原公证件么？寄的复印件被退的么？

只要公证处给你开具就可以 没有爷爷奶奶身份证也是可以的

我爸妈今天也顺利办了出生公证，他们说不麻烦的，就是找原单位盖下章再拿给公证处他们就可以办了。不需要他们父母的身份证什么的，老人都已经过世了。

我妈是主申请人  她 不办 出生公证 ， 办个 护照首页公证代替出生公证 也可以是吧？

passport的公证是可以代替出生公证的
我做过的passport公证是需要整本复印做公证的 不知道你们那的公证处怎么要求

昨天寄出的103材料，今天收到receipt了。说需要4个月to register an application。

I confirm lodgement of the application on  28.052014  The receipting of the visa application charge and credit card surcharge validates the application and is evidence that the application is being processed.   A copy of the receipt is attached for your records.

Information on the credit card surcharge has been available on www.immi.gov.au  since March 22nd 2014 as have the updated application forms.

Due to the high volume of applications received, we are currently taking approximately 4 months to register an application and send the acknowledgement letter.  The formal acknowledgement of the application will be sent as soon as possible.  As applications are considered based on the lodgement date, the delay in registering the application will not affect the processing time for a decision on the application.

奇怪了，我看了下你是交的支票啊，怎么回信说的是credit card啊？
