Well, that is all I can say from the pictures.

They are most likely caused by settlement.

That could cost a bit if you want to fix it. Both the settlement and the cracks.

There are a few ways to do this but the engineering ways can be a bit complicated.

•        Clean out loose deposits from the crack with air jet or brush
•        Fill / seal the crack 3-5mm deep with builders bog or mortar
•        Drill 6.5mm dia holes and install suitable injection nipples into crack at 30mm deep, one in the centre of each brick or 35mm centres, depending on size, length of crack and type of brick, extruded or common.
•        Inject the crack with epoxy resin such as Crack Bond TE2 from Helifix or an approved equivalent. Start from the lowest nipple filling until the epoxy escapes from the adjacent nipple, close first injection nipple and fill crack from the 2nd, then repeat.
•        Remove the nipples after 24hours and fill the holes with mortar

That is a starndard procedure for minor cracks, if bigger cracks exists, or caused by big settlement, underpinning or stitch may be involved.

I am not sure about the price. Get a quote from the builders.

是的。sub floor 其实已经挺高的了，1-1•8米不等。因为地基问题，不敢动。请指教。谢谢

恐怕不够高吧.house基础不会太深的。

我还真没见过这样做的。我做过大项目里有这样的，huose就没有见过这种做法。
