Is this your lunch? I am a bit confused what is a chicken salad sandwich. Is that a sandwich or salad or a combo?

I guess I don't eat salad at all so I cannot tell the difference. Good on you! It sounds very healthy!

I had instant noodle for lunch, it tasted horrible. What is more, my parents spoke ill of my husband behind his back this morning. It made me so blue today!

it's ok.
there were, would and always will have conflicts between the inlaws and ur parters.
that's  as certain as the water will flow from high groud to the low.
put aside the words that hurts you, and see the fact that it's only your parents' love to u cause that prejudice.(almost all the cases the parenrts think you are too good for your partners:si89 )
Well if things can be explained, make it clear to the parents. if not just ignore it.
u won't be the first one and also won't be the last one have this kind of problem...

I'm not sure, I just put boiled water into the noodle bowl, I think it's because of the brand.
I told my parents that we plan to have a holiday in China later this year, by the way we can visit my parents in law. My parents thought the holiday is an excuse, the main purpose of my husband is showing off to his family, because when we go back to his home, I'll become their family maid.
I really think they thought too much!

for me, Korean is the best， add some garnish like egg, cabbage, mushroom, seafood, and serve with kimchi, taste good:)

maybe ur parents are just worried that u will suffer
why not go back separately?

Good morning to you all! Guess what? It is Friday the best day in the working week.

Weather wise Mel will be 27 degrees and Sunny today, same as yesterday. What is your plan for the weekend guys? (apart from the usual suspects i.e. grocery shopping, laundry, gardening etc) Anything else exciting in your part of the world happening this weekend? I will catch up with some friend at home on Sunday.

BTW, just a reminder for you 14th of Feb. is fast appoaching so have you ever thought aboutr buying any presents for your partners, or do anything romantic together? It is time to plan now, I think.

Last night I asked my wife I said honey what should I get you for this coming Valentine's day? She said since we had our daughter Chloe last year and she is very happy and did not need anything. That is really sweet of her. But I guess I should do something shouldn't I? But I have not yet figured out what I should do. Recently our budge is a bit tight cause she is on her mat leave. So I will count on you guys, any ideas? Or what would you do if you were me? Have a lovely day all!
