课程结束了，吵架这一说是这样的
讲师其实非常有经验，据说RMS工作20余年很多trainer都是他教课，还写过不少交通条例。但有可能是觉得我们都是“犯事儿”（违规）过来的所以言辞也是比较犀利。用了“shut up ”等词汇
后排有一些不是很守课堂纪律的同学，然后一个黎巴嫩同学和不知道哪里的同学觉得被训了以后非常的disrespectful ，你一言我一语的大家就吵了起来，甚至还提到了racis【滴汗】
结果是那个讲师半途被气走了.....其实他讲的还是非常生动的，最后由program manger把课讲完......好在也是结束让大家回家了

讲师没有讲到前排后排乘客指路，只说如果开机应该也是不可以，请大神们再补充相关法规，据说能拍到用手机的相机马上要投入使用，我的建议是也不要让别人指路了吧……直接火车➕Uber，最近查的非常非常紧的

好像是可以放架子看但是不能指指点点

楼主，如果有需要还是买个独立的GPS吧。。主帖里说用GPS被罚很误导人，只要是固定在车上的，GPS是允许使用的（包括L和P）。用手机GPS严格上来说还是使用手机——中的GPS软件而已。

ROAD RULES 2014 - REG 300

Use of mobile phones

300 USE OF MOBILE PHONES

(1) The driver of a vehicle must not use a mobile phone while the vehicle is moving, or is stationary but not parked, unless:

(a) the phone is being used to make or receive an audio phone call or to perform an audio playing function and the body of the phone:

(i) is secured in a mounting affixed to the vehicle while being so used, or

(ii) is not secured in a mounting affixed to the vehicle and is not being held by the driver, and the use of the phone does not require the driver, at any time while using it, to press any thing on the body of the phone or to otherwise manipulate any part of the body of the phone, or

(b) the phone is functioning as a visual display unit that is being used as a driver's aid and the phone is secured in a mounting affixed to the vehicle, or

(c) the vehicle is an emergency vehicle or a police vehicle, or

(d) the driver is exempt from this rule under another law of this jurisdiction.

(1)(a)(i)和(1)(a)(ii)是并列的两个允许的情况。也就是说，

如果手机不是固定的，而司机不需手持、触按即可操作手机，那么允许司机使用手机接打电话或使用音频功能。

如果手机是固定的，那么司机可以使用手机接打电话或使用音频功能，这种情况可以触碰机身来操作。

(1)(b)又是与(1)(a)并列的另一种情况，说的是，如果手机是固定的，那么司机可以使用手机的驾驶辅助功能(包括导航)，这种情况可以触碰机身来操作。

其实我现在对开车是很stress的...我在想现在是不是我已经进入了一种生活必须开车的惯性思维模式，虽然开车也就三年不到，但好像进入一种与以前完全不同全新的生活模式（当然家庭占很大原因，以前不开车单身时间居多现在俩娃）

我决定这次法庭以后，不管拿不拿到驾照我都准备减少开车，不带娃上班就坐火车去，其实家里离火车站也并不远，但有时可能就是这种惯性（或者可以说懒惰）让我们一点都离不开车了

有线耳机的线控按键可以用来接电话吗？
无论手机是否固定，用线控都不会触碰到手机的主体body，但是有线耳机到底算不算手机body的一部分？

body的定义：body, in relation to a mobile phone, means the part of the phone that contains the majority of the phone’s mechanisms

还有个问题，
原文中的parked没说是否关闭引擎The driver of a vehicle must not use a mobile phone while the vehicle is moving, or is stationary but not parked。
在RTA页面上的文字部分也没说停车用电话要关发动机，但视频提到要turn down。

300条后面注释部分也写了一样的定义。我认为线控应该不算手机的body部分。

新州路规300条原文确实没解释需不需要关掉发动机才算parked。但是维州路规300条明确解释，发动机可以是处于运转的状态。

    (3A)     For the purposes of this rule, a motor vehicle may be parked even though—

        (a)     the key to the vehicle is located in the vehicle's ignition lock; or

我说错了吗？看清楚我说的是GPS≠手机GPS。。无论什么驾照都允许使用固定在架子上的或车上自带的专用GPS（非手机），但不允许手持。手机GPS只有full可以使用，但必须固定在架子上，且行驶中不可以操作。


7. Can I use a GPS device that is not a phone if I am a learner or provisional licence holder?
Yes. A GPS device that is not a mobile phone is permitted for all drivers, as long as the device is secured in a mounting fixed to the vehicle and does not obscure the driver’s view of the road. The device must not be placed in a location that will increase the likelihood of injury in a crash.

我倒不记得注册时候讲到了，我老板说被吊销驾照没关系，只要我还能到单位上班，但如果给good behavior bond以后万一还有什么问题然后给criminal record就要上报麻烦了【哭】

犯罪记录不会，最多维持原判吧就停三个月牌，哎早知道上次上庭就判掉了

更新3月5号判了......
今天还是排队进court，尼玛居然变得熟门熟路.......
希望以后再也没有机会来这个不详之地

还是一样的老爷爷律师，一样的法官。今天的court爆满，进门都没地方坐，好多都站在旁边，老爷爷手上的case都是没有请律师的RMS case，十来个吧，我是参加完TOIP课程今天hearing的，其余人今天全部让他们去报TOIP课程然后改期hearing

叫到我了，紧张是紧张到膀胱也要爆了......首先问我有没有律师，然后我代表自己辩护。问了我的工作情况（包括上班时间还有如果不开车怎么去）然后问了家庭情况（老公做什么，工作时间，孩子怎么安排）问的还是比较详细，一一如实回答，当看到“手机”这样的敏感词果然还是眉头一皱........

最后判决：停牌21天

现在也谈不上内心的感受了，比三个月肯定是不知道好多少，但对生活肯定是有影响，但自己种下的苦果必须接受惩罚

最后就是咨询下大神们，我出门前跟老爷爷确认了21天不开车，之后就可以开了，也不用去RTA，这样会留下怎样的记录？

P2 drivers who receive a suspension for unsafe driving behaviour must stay on their licence for an extra 6 months for every suspension they receive. For example if a P2 licence holder receives demerit point suspension, they will have to hold their P2 licence for the normal 24 months but will stay on their P2 for an extra 6 months, before being able to apply for a full licence. Each separate suspension delays the P2 licence holder an extra 6 months. P2 drivers who do not get a suspension are not affected by these changes.

干的漂亮， 运气可以啊。
我一朋友上庭就没那么幸运， 忘记是3还是6个月， 结果支持原判， 一天都没减。不过他超太多了， 40开了76。
