这家的报价是我所收到公司中最详细的。家附近也有人用了这家。虽然付了1k多的gst，就当买个放心，最后结帐，就是合同价。
推倒三天就完了，还算好，没有额外费用。
推房前，把房子里值钱的家当eaby，gumtree上卖了吧，我把热水器，烤箱卖了好几百，不要便宜了他们。

demolition你是用的private certifier? 还是council?
private certifier还要在收$700+....

rawson homes,  另外想问，院子里还有其他的小树， 不用council批的， 是全都一起砍掉好， 还是拆房的人可以砍小树。

我准备都让砍树的砍了,他们比较专业.
推房子一般只管3m以下的,高的树就要加钱了吧.

过两天就是contract appointment了, M会提前email contract 和新的图纸给我们, 应该就在这一两天, 希望没有什么惊吓, 希望3000L够了,希望BASIX & Stormwater..预算够了,阿弥陀佛…拜拜...

External selection也会在同一天进行,我们基本已经选定了
砖-Topaz
瓦-Gunmetal
Gutter会接近瓦的颜色
Fascia和Downpipe会浅一点的颜色
Window – 白色
车库-木色
Render – 白色..not  confirmed yet

另外 展示房 的卫浴颜色搭配也很 impressive,  你能拿到他们的 color code 吗？

是呀,那个楼梯太贵,我们应该没那么多预算,准备hand over之后,铺地板的时候,自己做了..

你是说whittaker那个display home? 是Ensuite, 还是bathroom? 我可以去问M..我们现在在考虑external color,,internal还没想呢..

Another quote from city civil - $13.5k +GST.  
石棉没包..no clearance certificate..比其他几个都贵.

This quote includes the following:
1. Demolition and removal of single storey clad residence with concrete roof tiles.
2. Demolition and removal of carport.
3. Removal of shed pad at rear
4. Removal of all trees, bushes and shrubs up to 3m
5. Removal of all concrete paths and driveway tracks to boundary.
6. Removal of all footing up to 1m below natural ground level.
7. Power will be disconnected by a qualified electrician at no charge to the client. Gas, Foxtel and Phone services to be disconnected by owner (AGL 131 245)

If you choose to accept our quote, please return this sheet with a signed copy of the agreement and a deposit by the end of February 2014 and we will include:
1. Standard power removal (incl. Meter Box)
2. Standard disconnection of water at meter
3. Disconnection of branch sewer (not main)
4. Up to 15m of Sedimentation fencing ($30/m thereafter)
5. Temporary fencing (frontage only)
6. Temporary toilet
