² Main Responsibilities are as follows:
Ø Quote price for new projects and follow up customers’ feedback.
Ø Analyze and list the potential problems with related departments prior to project launch, and advise customers on product modification if necessary.
Ø Monitor new projects development, drive the related department to expedite sample preparation, submission, and approval process.
Ø Receive and execute trial run order, if fails, organize related departments to discuss together, find out reasons and resend.
Ø Receive and execute formal purchasing order, checking the terms on the orders, confirming the delivery date to customers, recording orders in SAP system, coordinating and following up the production and quality control process, assisting in shipping arrangement, ect.
