This is a good resume highlighting working experience. The problem of it is that all those experience are gained from overseas. There is little of no local experience. What I suggest is to add some local experience, even something like working for local trading companies (Chinese owned) will help. The other suggestions is to highlight communication experience with Australian partner in your previous job and ask them for reference.

The first sentence can be written as:
>>OBJECTIVE
To obtain position in business where three years of Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Logistic Support experience would add value into.

我的也是。
然后我有很多专业qualification(证书)和专业培训记录,我也把它们放在工作经历之前。
不过我这个是工程领域,和同学的在IT和金融上的很不同吧。

Summary is important. It gives the people a chance to know you when they don't have time/patient to view your details. Some people view your resume in less then 1/2 minute and decide they want you or not.

you can have a summary in Coverletter, summary should cover why you competent to take the position but not a detail list work exp.
