Any unpaid parental leave does not count towards the years of service and there is no accrual during the unpaid parental leave.
比如， 你工作满10 年了，但其中有一年是unpaid parental leave, 那就就必须在满11年时才可以take Long service leave, and your long service leave entitlement is equivalent to 10 years of service.
But if it is paid parental leave, it does count towards the years of service and long service leave keep on accruing during the paid parental leave.
The same rules is applied to long service leave pay out upon termination. |
