租房申请表上有这么一段话,
Upon being advised of approval of this application by the agent a legal tenancy agreement with terms, including the rental and other conditions contained in this application, is created and is legally binding.
当这个表格 - 租房申请被接受,等于就产生了法律效应。这时候租客要同意并签写书面的Residential Tenancy Agreement. 如果不签这个Residential Tenancy Agreement. ,中介需要另找租客,中介可以选择要求你出再找租客时候产生的费用 (参照Residential Tenancies Act 1995, Section 53.)

楼主现在就是这个情况啊,没有签署Residential Tenancy Agreement.,但改变主意了。虽然没有交钱,但产生的费用中介可以算你名下,并发给debt collection agency 追债公司。会影响楼主在澳洲未来的信贷信誉问题。
