问一下楼主 停电以后 电池应该是全屋供电吗
电池是不是应该全屋供电 还是不应该全屋供电
上周发了email 问了一下我感觉电池不是全屋供电 还没有回复 我看太阳能公司已经不想管了 直接联系人不接电话 也不回email
两周前，南澳电力公司（SA）停电过一次。
我们发现客厅的电源插座、二楼厨房冰柜的电源插座、主厨房烹饪区的电源插座、洗衣房的电源插座、一楼的所有电源插座以及电门在停电时都无法使用。我想确认一下，这是否意味着当电池充满电时，上面的电源插座没有使用电池供电？上面的电源插座是否一直使用AGL供应商的电？
今天我查看了我的电费账单明细。
第一张照片显示，从5月17日到今天，我们仍然需要支付76.05澳元。
其余照片显示，我们一直在使用电。
最后一张图显示，6月1日（星期日）早上7点到8点，我做饭的时候用的是主厨房烹饪区的电源插座，当时电池电量还剩下40%到50%。
您能帮忙检查一下并重置一下这个问题吗？我们希望停电时所有电源都能正常工作。我们希望所有电能都先用电池供电。

Could you help me to confirm something ?
There was a power outage two weeks ago once from SA power .
We found the power point on living room , power point on Freezer in second kitchen , power point on cooking area in main kitchen , power point on Laundry Room, all of power point on first floor and electical gate all are not working when power outage. So I want a confirm that meaning above of the power point there are not using the electrical from battery when battery is full electical ? above of the power point they all using the electrical any time from AGL supplier ？
Today I looked at my electricity bill detail.
On the first photo , It is showing we still need pay the $76.05 from 17 May to Today
The rest of photo it is showing we using the electrical all the time.
On the photo of last one it is showing it was using a lots electrical on 7AM to 8AM 1st June Sunday which was I cooking use the electrical power point on cooking area in main kitchen and same time battery was still 40%- 50% -of full electrical.
Could you help to have a check and reset the issue. we want all of power is working when power outage. we want all of electrical using from battery first.
