你说的第二点很多雇主都是这样执行的啊,对员工来说也没有特别的利益,之前part time 工作期间积累的entitlement 本来也是pro rata的,现在按照FT来take 的话消耗得更快,哈哈。

这段话如何理解? 是否可以把service provider理解成中介,host employer理解成工作的公司?

I think so.

I just goggled and got the same info and this is for VIC.

This is a new change and it is a definite entitlement  now, not arguable any more, but I am not sure whether this term is effective from the 01/11/2018 or it has the retrospective power.

You can call to find out and update please. ( I am at work )

Don't worry. You just print out the term and talk to your employer directly and i think they will be fully aware of the compliance requirement.

Sometimes, those help desk can be useless    and don't get frustrated.

I believe you will win.

Working  harder, you get more!

Forgot to say you must be very confident  when you talk to your employer. Maker sure it sounds like 100% sure

If your employer feel your lack of confidence,  they can take advantage of that.
