可能是移民局要拖时间，AOS那里太慢，完全折腾老人，国内很少有打成人的polio 疫苗的，我还在找。谁能提供下上海哪有打这种疫苗的？希望收到补料通知的或还在等待的小伙伴早做准备。

一开始发的补材料通知上并没有要求polio,你是CO又额外要求的吗

Yes.
"In addition to our previous e-mail, polio vaccination certificates are also required as China was recently added to the list of Outbreak countries on the Global Polio Eradication Initiative website."

Just find info online may try Renai international medical center.

我刚刚看了一下，polio一共三针，之间要间隔几个月，现在打应该来不及吧

你确定这是找你父母而不是申请中的某一位未成年申请人要免疫证明？如果是，那么澳洲政府这是故意歧视中国国籍的申请人。都是60,70岁的老人家了，怎么可能会得小儿麻痹症？
牛啊，专门找一个老人不会得，自然也不会有免疫记录的病，借口中国是该病高发区，把所有的中国国籍的申请人拒之门外。牛逼，自由党政府真是绝了！

As an adult, do I need this vaccine?

Most adults do not need polio vaccine because they were already vaccinated as children. But three groups of adults are at higher risk and should consider polio vaccination in the following situations:

You are traveling to polio-endemic or high-risk areas of the world. Ask your healthcare provider for specific information on whether you need to be vaccinated.
You are working in a laboratory and handling specimens that might contain polioviruses.
You are a healthcare worker treating patients who could have polio or have close contact with a person who could be infected with poliovirus.
Adults in these three groups who have never been vaccinated against polio should get 3 doses of IPV:

The first dose at any time,
The second dose 1 to 2 months later,
The third dose 6 to 12 months after the second.
Adults in these three groups who have had 1 or 2 doses of polio vaccine in the past should get the remaining 1 or 2 doses. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since the earlier dose(s).

这是我在根除脊髓灰质炎的官方网站上看到的。中国脊髓灰质炎的唯一一例病历出现在新疆，出现时间是2018年4月18号。而且注意了，这一个病例是接种疫苗而引发的。
澳洲移民局的这个最新要求真是奇怪
1.中国一年半以前就出现了脊髓灰质炎病例，为啥澳洲政府这个时候突然大做文章？
2.这个病例是由于打疫苗引起的（疫苗里面有低活性的病毒），现在临时跑去打疫苗岂不是反而会有感染脊髓灰质炎的风险？
3.中国政府也有相应的规定，要求入境中国的疫区人员提供脊髓灰质炎免疫记录，但中国政府做得很有弹性，如果你拿不出来，可以在海关现场服用脊髓灰质炎糖丸。只有拒绝服用的人才会拒绝入境。为什么澳洲政府不能对高龄人士网开一面，而非要要这个明显无法马上拿到的免疫记录？这到底是不是有什么其他的目的？

A circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 (cVDPV2) has been confirmed in China. It is genetically linked to a VDPV2 isolated from an environmental sample from Xinjiang province, collected on 18 April 2018.  WHO is continuing to evaluate the situation and stands ready to support the ongoing investigation and risk assessment by national authorities.

Polio this week in China
No cVDPV2 case was reported in the past week.  The total number of cVDPV2 cases in the country remains one.
