so on your parents' "birth certificate", you should have your "grand-parents" names on it. This is called "full birth certificate" with 70 points. If there are no "parents" names (i.e your grand-parents names), it is called "abstract birth certificate" with only 20 points.
I called them, and was told so. I used my parents' passport and THEIR "birth certificate". All good.
Normally, any birth certificate should have the certificated person's parents names on that.
