Your problems

1. You want to educate people because they came here later than you and hence they must know very little. You feel you have an obligation to save them from "wrong" information.

Your thought pattern is using things happened in the past to justify the future, without seeing the changes. To me, these are flawed thoughts and they are of no value. That's why I wouldn't consider any of your opinions.

And the things you said about your neighbours, that's just utter rubbish!

I think you have vast interest in talking up the property prices in VB.

You are a classic spruiker and this is sad.

You are arguing that because you bought in VB, and there is a VB college there, so it is a good school and prices will go up and up.

Property speculation cannot be you full time job all the way till your retirement.

However your main purpose is to be a spruiker here trying to talk up the properties in the area you just bought. You will discard any facts.

I have friends who arrived in Australia from HK, Taiwan etc with cash to buy property here. However they have to leave and go back few years later because they cannot find a job . Melbourne is a quiet job market.

Remember 坐食山崩。

Property prices can move up and down. But having a stable job here will allow you to stay here. I don't care if property prices drop 20% because I have a job and I love my house, is it the same for you ?

Don't bother worrying about me. I have a $100K+ job and I don't have a mortgage. I don't care if house prices drop to peanuts tomorrow.

Are you so proud you have a job? Since when having a job is something worth being proud of?!

Do you feel good about yourself when you see your "friends" coming here buying properties but having to leave due to no work?

You are a typical hypocrite! You use your friends' misfortune as an example for your own good!

"A stable job and staying for long term"...ha, give me a break. There are millions of people fit in this profile. You are not special. You are just an ordinary person. So don't talk and act like you are special. It's time to stop that condescending attitude of yours!

And I don't give a shit how long you have been in Australia. I believe the eucalyptus tree in front of my house has been here longer than you are.  

Whatever education you had since your high school, it apparently doesn't go well for you! You don't have logical reasoning, don't respect other people's privacy and don't even have a subject view of your place in the world. Your private high school education had gone to waste, unfortunately!

最近VB卖了两块地，其中5 The Mews也是要推倒:

4 Lyon Rd卖了76万／682平方米 = 1114／平方米


5 The Mews卖了83万／729平方米 = 1140／平方米



相比2014年卖的一块地, 50万／617平方米 = 810／平方米
