今天是2nd gym of the week啦
20分钟的body attack,之后大家都去拿垫子我就溜了
因为PT让我不要做任何伏地卧撑的动作,说我脊柱不直,手臂无力,很容易伤到。。。。。

我发现PT说的don't我都能牢牢遵守,dos一个也没做。。。。。
当然不要吃什么那些不再此列

之后快步走了45分钟,消耗了300kcal

回家大吃了顿。。。。。
我自此可都改了吧。

那你回到家吃上东西的时候是几点?我一般都去之前先吃,因为去完后,比较晚了,都没啥食欲了...不知我迟早会不会得肠胃or阑尾炎呢,吃完东西就马上运动

我来正楼!

昨天PT教我打拳,虽然力量不够,不过PT还是称赞我姿势优美滴(paopaobing(79)) 。刚开始都是基础训练,后来速度加快一共练了6个拳法,一边打一边练下蹲啊俯卧撑跑步跳。整整45分钟下来,我觉得最后的5分钟,我都已经听不清楚教练说的话了。

我想问问大家有没有这种感觉,其实自己还是有气力的,我觉得到最后我其实可以完成动作的,但是大脑很昏昏沉沉了,而且可能晚饭吃的多了点,停下来的时候一阵恶心头晕。

今天起床我 以为会有很多腰酸背痛啊,考虑到昨天训练量比较大,但是一点都没有。我想,难道是根本没有到自己的极限?还是突破极限了?。。。请教达人指点

我以前也只做瑜伽,不过体质好像没啥改善。所以看来还要做点激烈一点的运动,昨天的打拳我很喜欢。非常能发泄,教练还给我拍了个video,女生打非常帅气

以前在空手道班时候,有几个黑带女,感觉动作和姿势不错,但出拳总是感觉缺少破木碎瓦的劲道。

我的感觉是快死了,肯定完不成了,结果最后也不知道怎么的就完成了。恶心是没有,混乱倒是有,左右不分是经常发生的事情。
晚上还有课,我有点都不太敢去了。
