a suggestion. count the number of people before your parents every month from July and record. Work out then the reduction of number. This is more important. As the total for 12-13 financial year is about 1500, there will be about 110-120 per month. Don't look the number in front of you. It's meanless. It's especially important when there are 1500 or so in front your parents. If you have found the difference is too big, you should write to the Immigration minister for explanation by asking how many granted up to date and telling him the reduction in front of your parents. By doing this, you can ensure your parents will be processed timely.

我，包括这个帖子里好几个个人，都是每月记录新数字并且算出移动幅度的啊
最近几个月至少排在我父母那个位置的（很靠后的）都是每月动200多

If there are lot people in front, you only need to record the change. When you are in around 1500, you should always check the speed of reduction. As I said, every month, there should be around 110-120, although it does fluturate a bit between months. You may not understand my point as there are still a lot in front. Give you an example, if the reduction in 6 months time is only 500-600, while there should be 750 or so visa granted, not to say if there are withdrawls. Then you should question this, asking how mnay granted. See my point? Application should be processed by queue date.

建议给移民局打过电话，问过审到啥日子的同学在这里分享一下，让大家也有个底。其实移民局应该把这块透明化，反正是有日期的，应该很公平。

如果每个月的减少量比预期的多了，质疑人家干嘛，这里面估计还包括有转走的，有退出的。但如果当月比预期量少了，也不能说明什么，还得看年度末的总减少量，如果不合理，才能深究啊。

我也是啊，以为要等2年才能申请，07年9月拿到pr,09年7月交材料，10年5月拿到的quene date 但是感觉不用等十年那么久吧，希望再等个6，7年就能拿到，那时我爸妈也70了，过来度晚年了。
