想跳槽到中大型企业里做 AA，听听前辈们的看法和建议 ！

我觉得你的employment law不是劣势。我脑补一下老外看到能读法律的人的场景，他们会觉得这个人至少是头脑清晰，逻辑思维强。

没反应是因为目前市场实在差。倒是惊讶perth每周有几十个空位好投？前两个月悉尼我看每周我能投个10个合适的就了不起了。

如果是我就写tertiary degree。如果他们想知道至多会问你的。碰过几个老外问我什么是master degree。

也不必要一定进大公司，可以先从上市公司的澳洲分部做起，也就是中型公司。人虽然不多，不过什么系统和流程都按上市公司标准操作，所以如果对一心想进大公司的人可能会有帮助。

我自己的感觉是直接雇主不太在意你从什么规模公司过来的，中介比较势力（可以理解，为了拿佣金，只想推最保险的货）。

简历没反应的话。可以找个专业的老外改一下。他们写的跟你写的绝对不一样。

如果学历不是会计，就一定要在重点突出CPA在读。

人在绝境中总是得什么希望都试一下。不然也没办法熬过这个冬天。。

Got 2 interviews from agent, one of recruiter encouraged me to stay with my current accounting firm and complete CPA study, then step up on positions like accountant. Or keep looking a bigger firm and study CPA at the same time.

Found out recruiter only focus on matching the related accounting experience including similar type of industry, software...

Commercial VS public practice accounting... that is a question

都不是，是因为市场不好，严重的供求失衡

没必要 到了工作岗位都会有培训 大公司经常有付费的培训的 每个公司情况不一样  边做边学

that is so good and question is how to get into this kind of large organisation.

According to the feedback from my recruiter, I applied job in public practice. I got a phone call from SMF (a bigger firm than my current one), going to prepare myself and call back tmr.
